Usually hired out for film and TV shoots during the winter, they open up the space during the summer for art and performance. SoundFjord Gallery have a pop up record store there at the moment. If you haven't had a look please go check it out. Helen has curated some amazing, hand made and bespoke compilations from all over the world.
