Neck of the Woods at V22

We were pleased to present our Neck of the Woods compilation at V22, featuring some of the artists from the disc. V22 is an amazing warehouse space in Bermondsey. Usually hired out for film and TV shoots during the winter, they open up the space during the summer for art and performance. SoundFjord Gallery have a pop up record store there at the moment. If you haven't had a look please go check it out. Helen has curated some amazing, hand made and bespoke compilations from all over the world.

Neck of the Woods compilation

New Compilation of field recordings and experimental works by a group of talented artists including Kaffe Matthews, Angharad Davies, Patrick Farmer, Phillip Granell, Dawn Scarfe, Saskia Moore, Riz Maslen, Leslie Deere and Nadine Richardson. Inspired by Kew Gardens, this selection of recordings and compositions is a lovely momento of Kew and the outdoors.

We had a great time putting this together and we're very exciting to debut the disc along with some live performances on the 25th of May at V22 Project Space in Bermondsey, in collaboration with Sound Fjord Gallery. Performing on the night will be: Phillip Granell on violin, Saskia Moore on gramophone and Dawn Scarfe music set from laptop. There will also be projected visuals and dj sets.
